Emergency Procedures

An Emergency Evacuation Plan has been prepared. Please refer to your Home Owner’s Guide under ‘Plans’. We recommend you take the time to familiarise yourself with it.

Disabled Register

If you are disabled, physically impaired or require a carer and consider that assistance would be required to evacuate in the event of an emergency, please ensure that your name is listed on the disabled register maintained at the Estate Management Office.  To register please contact Estate Management on Ph: 9518 8656 or fax: 9518 6425.  This information will be posted in a prominent place in the fire indication cupboard for the information of the NSW Fire Brigade in the event of an emergency situation.
