Quality Control Item Notification
We have taken a lot of care to provide you with a quality apartment, however it is not unusual for a new home to have minor items that arise which require rectification. Vivas Lend Lease have in place a Quality Control Process that will attend to these items for a three month period. (ie three months from settlement).
Pre-Settlement Inspection
Items requiring rectification noted during your Open Day Inspection will be actioned prior to settlement. If for any reason there is an item that cannot be addressed prior to settlement, we will advise you.
Post Occupancy
You will find a QCI form (Quality Control Item) in the Home Owner’s Guide where you can document items that require attention following settlement of your apartment. Please refer to the ‘Care and Maintenance’ section of your Home Owners Guide.
